- Aéro MAG 2000 has received approval of its Training Program (which is part of the company’s Procedure Manual) from the Canadian Regulatory Agency, Transport Canada.
- New employees follow an intensive training program with a minimum of 40 hours of theory on aircraft deicing and a minimum of 25 hours on practical training sessions using deicing trucks.
- Refresher courses are scheduled at the beginning of deicing season for regular employees. Subsequent briefing sessions are dispensed at regular intervals.
- Our standardized operational procedures apply to all Aéro MAG 2000 operated centralized deicing facilities resulting in increased safety and performance in our operations. Aircrew also greatly benefit from this standardisation.
Our employees are trained to follow systematic de-icing approach patterns developed by our company, by aircraft type, to ensure safety, de-icing vehicle synchronization and maximum efficiency in our operations.
To enhance our Training Program we have acquired a state of the art simulator to train our employees on the operation of de-icing vehicles.
